With the new broadcast system,you know,you can only choose from the words given by Stardoll to arrange your own message.
With that limit of speech you can not use in your message capital letters,or Caps Lock.
But,I've seen a couple of times people who are using capital letters.Here is an image:

Well,does anyone know how is it possible to write with capital letters in the broadcasts?

Yes you can just double click on the word to capitalize :)
