Back to Stardoll

I'm back to Stardoll. And I'm in a "writing in a blog" mood.
I'm actually writing this post for a second time since the first one got accidentally deleted. And I'm a bit pissed at the moment because I've just wrote a huge post about my return and now it's all gone!! Arrghh!

I don't know if someone is still reading the blog,but anyway I'll write my post again.

So I haven't been on Stardoll maybe since we closed the blog. It was about 6 months
ago,as I count. Since then I was logging in only once a two weeks,just to see how the site is growing and what's new. Even though I was buying superstar,Stardoll wasn't my priority in Internet anymore. I was just buying the new clothes,that I liked and clothes from the monthly sales. That's it.
There was no exact reason for coming back.
When I bought superstar,two weeks ago,the offer was more expensive for less time,but anyway I bought it,saying to myself "I'm gonna use it more often,cause I paid for it." So I decided to stay in order to not spend my money for nothing.

What did I see when I stayed for a while?

The same shit that made me leave before.
People obsessed over fake clothes,being covergirl,getting more stardollars.And more stardollars. And more clothes.
Lying,cheating,stealing,scamming,hacking...These people just forget about being people!Being friends! Isn't Stardoll supposed to be a place for making friends and talking? Communicating with people from all over the world? Isn't Stardoll supposed to be a better place,where you can take a break from the real world,that is full with the same liars,cheaters and thieves?

I just can't take it anymore!
Now I want to find people who I can talk to. To prove myself that there are still people who don't care about fake clothes and shit like that. People who can be real,who can be friends. That's why I won't leave this time. I want to find friends. I want to find real people that still live in the real world and not in this deformed gone insane virtual world.

I honestly don't know if anyone will read this blog as much.

Or even if we will post.

I know I probably wont.

I honestly do not miss Stardoll.

I've had my blog closed for 2 months now.

And I've only gotten on Stardoll a couple of times.

I don't even miss it.

It's Over...

...we are closing the blog.

Emma, Natalie Sophie and I have all talked this over. We have decided it is time to take a break. We don't know how long we will be closed for, or if we will even ever open back up again. All we know is we are tired of all this. In a few days I will change the blog so that only the authors can view it. That way we can always open it back up for you again.

Halloween Couture

Today I went to the starplaza to see if stardoll had released any non superstar halloween costumes. Instead I was shocked to see that they had released "Tingling Halloween Couture". It is a separate shop to Tingling and it is just selling Halloween clothes. Everything in the shop is for superstars only. The cheapest thing in the shop is a mask for $6 and the most expensive is a dress for $50. To buy one of everything in this shop, it would cost you $771. The average cost of a piece is $21.

As you can see in the sign below it is spelt Hallowen Couture, but the signs for the floors spell it Halloween Couture. I think stardoll has done a spelling mistake yet again!

Happy Halloween from Stardoll News Gossip!

Hey everyone! Halloween is just around the corner! I'm going to be out of town for awhile and feel like I'm coming down with a cold, so I figured I would get this post out now, even if it is just a tad bit early.

I have mixed feelings concerning stardoll's attempt for Halloween costumes. Few of the pieces are new, and only some are nonsuperstar, so it makes it hard for nonsuperstars to come up with a great outfit.

I'm so glad that I've had a chance to be a part of this amazing blog. It's taught me a lot about the blogger world, graphics, time management, design, ect. Funny thing is that it was one of the first blogs I started following sometime last year...to bad I missed it's beginning!

Barbie Fashionistas

Hey everyone!

Stardoll had now given us a new shop, Barbie Fashionistas. All the clothes are for non superstars and are all either 5, 6, or 7 stardollers. There are seven manicans in the shop. Each manican has their own personal style.

Left to Right:

Cute, Glamorous, Wild, Artsy, Girly and Sassy

Since the new shops have come in there is no space left on the starfashion page. Unless stardoll makes a new starfashion page or gets rid of one of their existing shops I do not think we will be gettiing any new shops.

Ok everyone! Stardoll News Gossip will be 1 year old at the end of the month. So the other authors and I thought it would be kind fun to have a little contest.

We are going to call them mini contests. How they will work is that every few days I will have a contest for you guys to do. The winner of that contest will be entered into the big contest.

New Store

There is another new store. It's called Baby Phat. I think that's kind of a weird name, but the clothes seem pretty good. They are the average price it seems and they are for SS. I would probably buy some of these if I was SS.

Um...

Well where I live there is no school today (Thursday) or tomorrow (Friday). We have having our UEA break...I have no clue what that means, but its for the teachers, so we have no school so it's all good. But any way I am bored as heck today. My parents are at work so I've just been here all day long, cause all my friends have gone on vacations. Boo. It freakin snowed yesterday (it was 90 degrees the day before that!) so it's like freaking cold here and my house is freezing and my dad never started up our heater for the winter.

So yeah my point is that I'm bored and freezing. So here is a video I found today. I actually prefer this better. I like music videos that are simple and real. A bunch of college kids made this up in Canada.
